Job Mission
You will greet guests at reception, handle check-in/check-out procedures, answer phone calls, and assist guests with their needs. Your goal is to ensure an exceptional guest experience while maintaining brand standards at all times.
What We Are Looking For
* Minimum of one year of experience in a similar hotel position.
* Training in Tourism or related fields.
* High level of Spanish and English.
* Knowledge of SIHOT is a plus.
* Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
* Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
* Organizational skills and teamwork.
* Flexibility and a positive attitude.
