The role:
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to lead and execute performance marketing strategies across key digital platforms in Spain and France. This role will be responsible for managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and driving measurable growth through a data-driven and performance-oriented approach.
You will work cross-functionally with Awareness, PR, CRM, and TikTok Shop teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives while maximizing ROI and customer acquisition.
Your challenge:
Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute paid media strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and GMV Max (TikTok Shop).
Manage campaign briefings for product launches and trade marketing promotions.
Ensure consistency and effectiveness across all paid channels.
Budget Management & Performance Optimization
Own and manage paid media budgets across Spain and France.
Optimize campaigns daily to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
Continuously test, learn, and scale high-performing strategies.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze performance across platforms, Shopify, and GA4.
Monitor KPIs across awareness and performance campaigns.
Create manual reports using Looker Studio to track and communicate results.
Identify insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaign efficiency.
Tracking & Analytics
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot GA4 tracking.
Ensure data accuracy across all platforms and reporting tools.
UGC & Content Collaboration
Source, manage, and brief UGC creators to support paid campaigns.
Collaborate with PR for branded content initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Awareness team to align campaign strategies.
Coordinate with CRM team on lead generation strategies and benchmarking.
Maintain communication with TikTok Shop team for GMV Max management.
Market & Competitor Insights
Conduct regular benchmarks of competitors' paid media strategies.
Identify trends and opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
Catalog & Operations
Manage product catalog feeds via Channable.
Oversee monthly billing and ensure financial accuracy.
What we expect from you:
Proven experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actions.
Experience working with Shopify and Looker Studio.
Familiarity with product feed tools like Channable.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience working with UGC creators and cross-functional teams.
