Spanish customer success manager

We are expanding our presence in the Spanish market and are looking for a native Spanish-speaking professional to support customer success activities across demos, onboarding and client communication.You will work closely with the founding team in a fast-growing SaaS environment, playing a key role in ensuring an excellent experience for our Spanish-speaking customers throughout their journey.
As our new Spanish Customer Success Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for prospects and customers in Spain, helping drive activation, satisfaction and long-term success.
What You Will Do
Run live product demos for Spanish-speaking prospectsGuide new customers through the onboarding processRespond to support tickets and customer emails in SpanishFollow up with customers to ensure successful product adoptionMaintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM and support toolsAct as a trusted advisor and primary contact for the Spanish market
What You Bring
Native proficiency in Spanish and professional proficiency in EnglishStrong communication skills and confidence engaging customers via video calls, email and phoneComfortable running live product demonstrationsWell-organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritiesSelf-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS environmentAbility to invoice as a freelancer (autónomo or equivalent)
Experience in Customer Success, SaaS, onboarding or B2B support is appreciated but not strictly required. We value ownership, reliability and a strong customer mindset.

Type: Freelance collaborationSchedule: Part-time with flexible hoursLocation: Fully remote
(Spain-based preferred)Compensation: Hourly rate plus performance-based incentives (to be discussed based on experience)Start date: As soon as possible
You will work directly with the founding team and have the opportunity to grow with the company as we expand in the Spanish market.
