In this On-Trade role, you drive profitable growth for Bacardi’s premium portfolio by shaping brand presence in key hospitality channels. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to execute country plans, activate brands at the point of purchase, and negotiate distribution and visibility in venues. You will identify opportunities to maximize On-Trade performance and deliver value for the business, including night-time client visits to verify activation. This position blends entrepreneurial spirit with disciplined execution to advance the brand in a dynamic market.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Contribute to delivering two objectives: EFO and the new model within the On-Trade team
• Implement the Commercial plan aligned with customer programs in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) for On-Trade customers
• Negotiate in Points of Sale to meet distribution and visibility targets
• Drive use of Picture of Success and activation approaches to influence consumer decisions at the point of purchase
• Identify opportunities and guide strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On-Trade customers in the region, delivering value creation
• Be available for night work visiting clients and verifying activations

• Demonstrable track record in commercial xpzdshu roles or field sales
