We are seeking a dedicated professional passionate about customer success, upselling, and retention strategies to join our team and help us enhance our client relationships.Ready to take on this challenge?The RoleAs the Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be a key contact for our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your main focus will be understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and proactively providing solutions to improve their experience with our services. You will develop long-term relationships with clients and lead retention and upselling initiatives.Engage with clients:
Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction and identify improvement areas.Analyze data:
Use analytics tools to monitor customer engagement metrics and identify trends affecting retention.Develop strategies:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement upselling and retention programs that foster loyalty.Address issues:
Serve as the primary contact for resolving client concerns promptly and effectively.Feedback loop:
Create channels for client feedback to ensure they feel heard and valued, contributing to product development.You should have:
At least 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or inside sales roles, preferably in a B2B setting.Fluency in English and Italian.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.Experience with CRM tools (e.G., HubSpot, Salesforce) and customer engagement platforms.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Proactive, empathetic attitude, with a genuine desire to help customers succeed.What we offer:
