Position MisionWe are looking for a Financial Controller / Finance Manager to manage the financial control of the Spanish subsidiary company. The main mission will be to structure and supervise local financial processes, ensure rigorous reporting (both local and group level).Key ResponsibilitiesSupervision of financial control of the subsidiaryPreparation of monthly financial reports in accordance with local regulations and group standards.Coordination with external accounting advisors.Oversight of the billing cycle, collections, and accounts receivable follow-up.Cash flow planning and forecasting.Profitability analysis by project and identification of margin deviations.Support to the CEO in financial and strategic decision-making.Ensure tax compliance and prepare documentation for audits.Ideal Candidate Profile - Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar. Additional training in controlling, IFRS, or project financial management will be a plus.Solid previous experience in an audit, consultant or tax firm.Subsequent experience in an industrial companyStrong knowledge of financial accounting and management control.Languages: fluent Spanish and English.
