Responsibilities :
* Perform user, market, and competitor research to identify key insights that will shape the product's direction. Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.
* Analyze and develop product functionality from scratch.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the engineering team to outline product features.
* Contribute to high-level decision-making and C-level strategic collaboration with the leadership.
Requirements :
* At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in equivalent roles.
* Proficiency in requirements engineering (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, management).
* Experience working with texts in an English-speaking environment (copywriting, technical writing, or equivalent).
* Advanced English. Ability to lead regular communication with native-speaking stakeholders.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Would be a plus :
* Experience working in a product company.
* Experience working in the US market.
