Job Responsibilities:
* Provide bilingual (English and Spanish) telephone support to clients who have made an import, explaining the customs clearance process.
* Resolve incidents or queries related to parcel shipments.
* Record all information in the system and calculate costs based on the type of merchandise.
Compensation and Schedule:
* Gross hourly rate: 13.39€
* Part-time schedule: 20 hours per week
* Work days: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
* Possibility of permanent employment
