Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact handling customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
* Direct queries to the right department efficiently while ensuring excellent service.
* Achieve and exceed defined KPIs while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
* Deliver every interaction with a focus on accuracy, helpfulness and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Fluent German and English
* Strong customer focus with a genuinely friendly and helpful approach.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Relocation Package
There is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate which includes: flight to Barcelona from a European airport, airport pickup in Barcelona, and 4 weeks accommodation on arrival plus an additional relo bonus of 600 euro paid in the 2nd month (note: if company accommodation is not available a financial compensation will be given). Furthermore there is a fantastic onboarding team in Barcelona that will assist you with finding accommodation and help you settle in your new city.
