What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a professional with 2-3 years of experience in Project Management within the industrial sector, eager to grow in an international sports environment. You’ll join the leading general manufacturer of padel courts, present in more than 75 countries.
Mission and responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring projects from the closing of the sale to the “opening” of the track. - Ensuring the proper execution of projects in terms of cost, quality, deadlines, and safety. - Key point of reference/contact for the customer, and coordination with the departments involved in the execution (Production, Logistics, Sales, Finance, etc.) to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. - Development and maintenance of relationships with customers, distributors, and various stakeholders. - Collaboration with the sales department in the preparation and control of budgets. - Participation and management in the presentation of proposals together with the sales team.
Job Requirements
Essential Skills
- Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Engineering, or similar. - Advanced English (C1–C2) - Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM. - Knowledge of SAP. - Focus on problem solving and overcoming challenges. - Effective communication skills, active listening, and empathy both internally and toward customers.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in sports, industrial, or international environments - Other languages are also valued: French, Italian, etc.
