As Marketing Manager, you will define how ista communicates, positions and grows within the Spanish market. Your strategic mindset and creativity will guide our marketing roadmap, strengthen our brand visibility and ensure that our solutions reach the customers who need them most. Your work will directly contribute to accelerating the industry's transition toward digitalization and sustainability.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Spanish branch in the marketing of our products and services.
Developing and implementing marketing plans, including budget management and control.
Coordinating and executing classic, digital and cross‑media marketing activities, and analysing relevant KPIs.
Creating and managing the content plan for social media, newsletters and the company website.
Leading and coordinating SEO/SEM initiatives.
Supporting the planning and execution of trade fairs and events.
Organizing and supervising photo and video production.
Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Product, and others) to ensure strategic alignment.
Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
Coordinating external partners, agencies and suppliers.
Your Profile
Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing roles.
Strong creative thinking, analytical mindset and problem‑solving approach.
Excellent conceptual and writing skills.
Hands‑on mentality, initiative and autonomy to lead projects independently.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Experience with digital tools (CRM, CMS, web analytics, social media, etc.).
