In this role you own and evolve the Enterprise Secure Web Connectivity (SWC) service, driving architecture, operations, and lifecycle improvements within the Global Corporate Information Security team. You act as the primary technical authority, shaping hybrid/cloud-first SWC designs and coordinating with vendors. You will lead incident response, RCA, and continuous improvement, while mentoring engineers and partners. This position offers impact across global sites with a hybrid onsite requirement in Madrid, and a focus on secure, scalable connectivity.

• Own the SWC service end-to-end including architecture, standards, and roadmap evolution
• Design and evolve SWC architectures for hybrid and cloud-first environments
• Critically evaluate vendor proposals and technologies
• Serve as the primary technical contact for SWC across the organization
• Define and maintain service documentation, standards, and reference architectures
• Drive continuous improvement from incidents, metrics, and business needs
• Operate as L2/L3 escalation for SWC incidents and coordinate with vendors
• Deliver RCA and remediation plans; ensure assets are up-to-date and hardened
• Provide technical guidance and training to internal engineers and external partners
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Cybersecurity
• 5+ years in network engineering and network security
• Strong TCP/IP, routing, DNS, proxying skills
• Solid understanding of traditional and modern perimeter security and Zero Trust
• Hands-on with enterprise-grade security platforms
• Deep experience with Security Web Gateway (SWG) solutions; Zscaler Internet Access valued
• Experience with firewalls, FWaaS, xpzdshu and Secure access models (ZTNA)
• Working knowledge of WAF, Load Balancing, WAN optimization, IPAM
• Familiarity with SASE (SWG, SD-WAN, ZTNA, FWaaS, CASB, DLP)
• Autonomous, resilient under pressure; able to communicate security topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• English fluency; willingness to travel up to 10%
