We're excited to share that the Etihad Pilot Recruitment Team will be heading back out to Madrid to run an assessment event on 18th, 19th, and 20th June If you are a pilot based in the area and are interested in joining us as a First Officer on our A320 fleet, we would love to hear from you. What we offer
We offer a competitive annual package, which includes your basic salary, flying pay, housing allowance to secure your dream home of your choice, and layover and meal allowances. There is the opportunity to earn up to 513,732 AED (USD 138,318) tax-free per annum based on 75 hours of flying per month. There are annual increments to the salary based on performance, and we also offer additional benefits, including:
* Education allowance of AED 40,000 for primary and AED 55,000 for secondary, for up to 3 children

The role
* Conduct the flight in compliance with the current flight plan, SOPs, and the Captain's instructions. When the Captain is not at the controls, notify him/her of any change to the current flight plan, ATC, or geographical position upon their return.
* Assist the Captain as requested, concerning any administrative duties in relation to the flight.
* Confirm the safe navigation of the aircraft, maintaining a continuous and independent check upon both the geographical position of the aircraft, ensuring safe terrain and weather clearance.
* Maintain high personal standards of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a representative of Etihad Airways at all times.
What you'll bring
To be considered, you will need to meet the following criteria:
* A minimum of 2500 hours total flying time.
* A minimum of 1500 hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit, or high-performance military jet.
* 500 hours should be be on one of the A320 Family aircraft.
* Flown any Airbus FBW within the last 12 months.
* Type rating on A320 should be valid for a minimum of 2 months at the time of joining.
* ICAO current and unrestricted ATPL. We do not accept Frozen ATPL unless held by a UAE citizen.
* Current on A320.
* Maximum age limit is 50 years old.
* English Language Fluency (written and verbal) Level 4 or better.
* In case of hours accumulated on flights with inflight relief, 75% of the total hours shall be counted towards the required minimums.
