What You will do
As Controller (FP&A), you will play a central role in managing the company's financial performance, driving planning processes, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.
You will:
* Define and lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
* Own financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
* Prepare investor reporting and board materials, supporting fundraising and strategic discussions.
* Build and maintain financial models to guide decision-making and scenario analysis.
* Define, track, and supervise company KPIs across teams (sales, marketing, product, etc).
* Drive internal performance control, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
* Build scalable processes, tools, and automations for financial operations.
About You
We're looking for a high-potential finance profile with strong analytical capabilities and a hands-on mindset.
* At least 2 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or similar roles in startups/scaleups.
* Strong financial modelling skills in Excel.
* Strong understanding of financial reporting.
* Strong business judgment and data-driven mindset.
* Fluent in English.
* Eager to work in an intense, fast-paced startup environment.
* Strong hands-on execution capabilities.
* Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain (hybrid role).
