We’re seeking an Europe Network Development Manager to define and execute our distribution channel strategy. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and supporting local partners, designing our Point of Sale footprint and format, and establishing commercial policies. This position is critical to building the go-to-market foundation of our brand, independently of the final retail model.
The Europe Network Development Manager reports directly to the Commercial Director within the agile and flat organization of LIUX
Lead the development and execution of LIUX’s market entry and distribution strategy
* Recruit and onboard local distribution partners across key cities and regions
* Define commercial policies, partner models, and contractual base to support the partnerships
* Design and support the implementation of physical Points of Sale in collaboration with brand and product teams
* Lead the necessary activities to promote the commercial excellence of our partners to ensure the best customer satisfaction
3+ years experience in distribution, retail, or commercial network development
* Proven ability to launch in new markets and work with local partners
* Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
