The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
- Greet customers and wait on tables without delay
- Serve food and beverages to customers, making recommendations as needed
- Use your knowledge of the menu to answer customers' questions.
- Correctly process transactions in the MICROS system
- Verify customer satisfaction with each dish and drink
- Clear tables, perform closing duties and replenish tableware and other items
- Perform opening and closing duties, including preparation of all necessary items, cleaning of areas and equipment, closing doors, etc.
- Prepare, stock and maintain work areas;
- Follow established instructions to keep work areas, bar, bar service, tables and other items clean and in order.
- Presenting a professional image and maintaining a clean uniform is required.
- Before starting work, you will receive safety training to obtain the appropriate certifications.
