We are looking for a new HUB Team Leader to fill a vacant position in Zaragoza. This isn't a job for just anyone; we're looking for someone special... we're looking for YOU!
What would your day-to-day work entail?
* Daily management of staff under your supervision (job assignments, rotations, task tracking, etc.).
* Responsible for working to improve the team, safety, KPIs, use of overtime, productivity, etc.
* Communication: pre-work instructions, safety measures, procedures, etc.
* Training and development of staff under your supervision.
* Daily resource planning, adjustments, and execution of plans.
* Direct communication with other departments (Security, Feeders, IE, etc.)
* Reports.

What do we expect from you?
* You are flexible with analytical skills; you enjoy challenges and making decisions.
* Advanced Vocational Training is essential (a completed or in-progress university degree will be an advantage).
* Intermediate English proficiency will be an advantage.
* Curious, with leadership qualities and quick decision-making.
* Strong communication skills.
* Resolute leadership capable of resolving unforeseen issues that arise in operations.
* Knowledge of MS Office systems: Excel, Outlook – User level.
* Previous experience managing teams will be an advantage.
* You prefer to work nights; you enjoy the hours when others are asleep. Flexibility is important within our organization, including for this position: Hours: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM.
* Driver's license.
