We're looking for someone who lives at the intersection of AI systems and marketing execution.
Someone who's already working with agentic workflows, knows what a multi-agent pipeline looks like in production, and can bring that into a content and marketing context.
Your job: wire AI into how we produce, distribute, and optimize marketing content, and make it compound over time.
What you'll do:
- Work with our marketing team to integrate AI in our content and marketing workflows and build it
- Build and optimise marketing funnels including landing pages, lead magnets, and email sequences using AI tooling at each stage
- Produce visual content and creative assets using graphic design tools and AI image generation, reducing dependency on external designers
- Design and deploy agentic content systems using tools like OpenClaw, n8n, Zapier, and similar platforms
- Automate repetitive content tasks including brief creation, repurposing, scheduling, and reporting
- Build research and ideation pipelines that surface insights faster across SEO, competitor analysis, and audience intelligence
- Train and enable marketing team members to integrate AI tooling into their daily workflows
- Continuously evaluate and test emerging tools, then implement the ones that move the needle
Requirements:
- Hands‑on experience building agentic AI systems including multi‑agent architectures, tool‑calling LLMs, and orchestration layers
- Practical experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
- Familiarity with systems like OpenClaw or other custom agentic frameworks
- Strong understanding of content marketing workflows from ideation through to distribution
- Experience connecting AI tooling to real marketing outputs including ad creative, social content, email, long‑form, and video scripts
- Highly autonomous, you see the gap, you build the solution, you document it
- Clear communicator who can explain what you built and why it matters to non‑technical stakeholders
- Fluent English, written and verbal
Nice to have:
- Experience with content repurposing pipelines across formats
- Understanding of paid media metrics and how content feeds acquisition
- Background in social media marketing preferred
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM fine‑tuning concepts
