WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
• Bachelor's or Master's in UX Research, Service Design, Psychology or related field
• 8+ years' experience driving complex, user-centred research or service-design initiatives
• End-to-end mastery of mixed-method research (qualitative & quantitative) on web, mobile apps and physical touchpoints
• Proficiency with research & testing platforms (UserTesting, Maze, FullStory, Hotjar, A/B, surveys, data analytics)
• Track record converting research findings into actionable product roadmaps validated by measurable KPIs
• Business-fluent English and strong storytelling for global stakeholders
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Own the research strategy from kickoff to insights, influencing digital products, e-commerce journeys and in-store/employee experiences
• Lead usability studies, usability testing and applied A/B and multivariate testing to optimise conversion and satisfaction
• Orchestrate immersive in-context research (lab, remote, ethnographic) across global markets and diverse user segments
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops (Design Thinking, Service Blueprinting) with Product, Analytics, Technology and Marketing teams
• Translate complex human behaviour into wireframes, customer maps and data-driven design specs for web & mobile
• Mentor junior researchers and designers, up-skill the broader organisation on user-centric innovation
