Paid → Organic Shift: Rebalance acquisition — grow unpaid traffic by 20% while reducing paid spend dependency. Global Keyword Leadership: Add 50 high-intent keywords to page one, across 27 languages and markets. Team Uplift: Empower a team of 3 people and 7–10 freelancers to exceed performance goals and work as one unified engine. New Channel Wins: Launch innovative SEO/ASO initiatives that surface high-value, underserved growth opportunities. What will you drive: An End-to-End SEO/ASO System: Build the roadmap, define the architecture, and own the execution — from technical SEO to localized ASO. A Global Growth Lab: Guide SEO/ASO across 27 languages and markets through freelancers and in-house experts. Test, learn, and scale what works. Cross-Org Enablement: Bake organic growth into every content rollout, app release, product sprint, and market launch. Tool-Led Insights: Use GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Sensor Tower, and App Annie to turn data into growth decisions.
