We are a company specialized in the manufacturing of components for electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles. We have the support of 4,000 employees across 6 countries, operating in 13 production units and 3 engineering centers to serve more than 100 clients.
At Draxton Central Services, with locations in Atxondo and Barcelona, we are looking to hire a
Commercial Specialist
who can be based in
Catalonia or the Basque Country
.
In this position, the main responsibility is to give support the execution of the commercial strategy by assisting in customer management and opportunity tracking, ensuring accurate information, high customer satisfaction, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making. This position reports to the
Head of Acquisitions & Business Development.
Main Responsibilities
:
- Support the execution of the company's commercial strategy in the short, medium, and long term by identifying market and business opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
- Assist in
customer account management
, including RFQs, RFIs, ECRs, documentation of customer interactions, and follow-up on agreed commercial terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order book information, actively following up on quotations and customer projects to ensure a robust and complete sales pipeline.
- Support the preparation and communication of
customer satisfaction results
, coordinating periodic surveys and sharing insights across the organization.
- Represent the company at
fairs, trade shows, tech days, and industry events
, including customer meetings related to the Chinese market.
- Prepare and support
monthly sales reports and management presentations
, including forecasts, order intake, awarded business, order book evolution, and commercial reviews.
- Analyze sales performance and variances (volume, base price, surcharges, exchange rates, product mix) and distribute insights to relevant stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need

- Higher Education
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Proactive and a strong team player
What we offer
:
- Permanent contract in a solid and growing company.
- Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, start between 7:00 and 9:00 and finish between 17:00 and 18:30. Intensive schedule on Fridays.
