Position: Lawyer for Republic of Panama Dataset Projects.
Type: Part‑time, project‑based.
Location: Remote.
Duration: 2–3 weeks.
Commitment: ***** hours/week.
Role Responsibilities
* Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents based on project guidelines.
* Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all compiled materials.
* Follow structured documentation processes to meet defined quality standards.
* Verify sources and ensure all data is obtained from public, verifiable platforms.
* Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and meet all deadlines.
Qualifications
* 2–3 years of active practicing experience in your domain within the Republic of Panama.
* Prior experience in litigation or corporate/transactional work.
* Familiarity with Panamanian legal and regulatory document sources.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation requirements.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality work on short timelines.
Compensation & Legal
