Vista EU Marketing team is looking for a storefront Site Merchandising Manager to own the EU site merchandising strategy, operations and experimentation roadmap. Reporting to the EU Head of Marketing, you will drive merchandising expertise, with a test-and-learn mindset and strong analytical skills to measure and drive site experience towards best in class, with high focus on personalization and local-relevant standards. You will work with a cross functional direct team reporting to you, and collaborate with many different teams across the business to drive innovation, personalization and improved processes.
What You Will Do
Lead the EU site content merchandising strategy of the Homepage, Offers page, Marketing landing pages. Owning its definition and taking input from all relevant collaborators to create a merchandising roadmap.
Work with the EU marketing team to support the promotional strategy, CRM roadmap, channel needs and other local initiatives and develop their strategic merchandising on site.
Own the EU site merchandising experimentation roadmap. You will work closely with global merchandising teams and contribute to merchandising best practices definition.
Leverage data to assess site campaign/placements performance of owned pages and highlight areas of optimization with merchandising and marketing teams.
Develop a deep understanding of existing merchandising capabilities and limitations.
Use data to suggest solutions to CX/marketing problems, build business impact cases and partner with global and product teams to influence the roadmap of new features and/or recommend site functionalities based on EU needs.
Work closely with the global merchandising team and other regional merchandising managers. Participate in the creation of global frameworks using local insights, challenge and suggest improvements. You are responsible for ensuring global strategic frameworks and key results are applied and delivered locally.
Be an active contributor in the merchandising transformation towards personalization on site.
Manage a cross-functional team of strategist, project management and operations specialists. You are accountable for the team's success, on time delivery of projects, flawless execution of campaigns and process optimizations.

Customer focus, continuous improvement and creative mindset.
A minimum of 5-7 years experience in fast-pace/innovative/tech companies and minimum 3-5 years in a similar e-commerce merchandising role.
Strong analytical skills. Confident with data and hypothesis driven decision making.
Extensive experience in AB-like testing methodologies to measure and drive merchandising excellence. Knowledge of toolsets used in leading e-com companies.
Capacity to act in an entrepreneurial fashion. Comfortable with agile and cross-functional organization ways of working. Strong communication skills with the confidence and ability to work effectively with senior team members.
