**What we’re looking for**:
- Experience taking inbound customer enquiries
- Experience in a similar role (telemarketing/appointment setting) advantageous
- Strong, fluent English
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Basic computer skills
- Enthusiastic, ambitious personality
