We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will ensure the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours, handle guest needs, reconcile daily financial reports, and support front desk operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform end-of-day accounting procedures and reconcile all financial transactions.
* Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
* Manage the front desk during night hours, assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
* Ensure the security of guests and hotel property throughout the night.
* Handle guest complaints or emergencies professionally and efficiently.
* Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, security) as needed.
* Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the lobby.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a night auditor or in hotel front desk operations is preferred.
* Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Protel, etc.).
* Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
* Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
* Ability to work independently and handle overnight shifts.
* Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
* English proficiency required; additional languages are an asset.
