At Factorial, we're looking for a new Account Manager for the Spanish Market to help us elevate the company to the next level.

Are you ready to take on this challenge?


The Role

We are seeking an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. Your role will involve acting as a consultant to existing customers, enhancing client satisfaction, retaining a specific portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships, understanding their processes and challenges, and identifying opportunities for product improvements and upselling.


Key Responsibilities:

* Build strong client relationships through regular video calls, understanding their requirements, and providing product updates.
* Serve as the main point of contact for client needs and goals, ensuring a positive experience.
* Identify upselling opportunities to add value and ensure client satisfaction.
* Proactively analyze your portfolio to inform decision-making and develop action plans.
* Report trends, potential weaknesses, and collaborate on solutions to improve customer journeys and our product.
* Coordinate with teams such as Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance to meet company goals.
* Demonstrate strategic thinking and organizational skills.
* Be technologically savvy.
* Manage customer portfolios (B2B) with at least 1 year of experience.
* Experience in SaaS environments is advantageous.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills and empathy.
* Be adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
* Proactively suggest new ideas.
* Experience handling churn cases and upselling.
* Work with KPIs to measure success.
* Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required; we are an international team.
