Job PurposeThis role acts as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all digital tools, initiatives, and infrastructure at the site.
What You'll Do
Ensure >
99% availability, properuse, access, permissions, licenses and continuous improvement of Digital and I.4 systems (MES, Historian, Connected Worker, Backbone Apps, IoT, Power BI) by providing hands‐on technical expertise and guidance.
Maintain and update the site's digital architecture (MES, Historian, IoT, app integrations), including data flows, dependencies, and system connections.
Ensure the OT landscape complies with OT Security Controls and Corporate Information Security Standards, maintaining clarity on responsibilities (RASCI).
Enable digital adoption by supporting upskilling, training, and change management across all plant functions.
Align digital initiatives with plant strategy, KPIs, and business needs through collaboration with plant leadership, DX IT/OT, and Global 4IR teams.
Lead training, onboarding and digital adoption initiatives across departments.
Coordinate with IT/DX for incident resolution and infrastructure optimization.
Manage user access, permissions, and license renewals for digital applications.
What makes you a good fit
Graduated in Engineering (Automation, Electronics, Industrial, Programming, Communication)
Fluent English and Spanish is a must
1-3 years of experience (ideally production plant environment) with automation and control of industrial network, projects related to digital applications or production
Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and digital manufacturing systems.
Experience with automation, OT/IT integration, and data‐driven tools.
Problem‐solving, proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
Project management and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
Strong communication skills to work with cross‐functional and global teams.
Proactive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to drive digital adoption on site.
