For the role of Specialist Finance Operation we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills. The responsibilities include:
Preparation of tax submissions (VAT, WHT, Corporate Income tax, …)Balance sheet reconciliationsCompliance with controlsChecks accuracy of accounting entries and ensure that MEC (month end closing) is in accordance with the statutory / group reporting requirementsCollaborates with support teams in FSS India and Budapest to ensure the accuracy of recordings and compliance with established closing deadlines;
Proposes process improvements to ensure increased quality and efficiency for team deliverables;
Support on the preparation of financial statements for the assigned company, and maintains the relationship with internal / external auditors;
Group certifications
What You Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Finance or AccountingMin 3-4 years in finance or accounting. (Experience in Big4 is a plus)Certified accountant or equivalent international qualification preferredVery good command of Spanish and English language (verbal/written)Background in multinational companies, preferredExperience with SAP (FI, CO modules)IFRS and local GAAP knowledgeCoordination skillsProject management skills (desired)Teamwork skills
