We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in a fully remote position based in Europe, working 100% in English. This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys translating business needs into scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem while collaborating with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve business processes related to sales and quotation/budgeting.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions within Salesforce.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality across systems and processes.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Support integrations between CRM and other enterprise systems.
Requirements
- Solid experience in business process analysis and improvement, particularly in sales and quoting/budgeting processes.
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration.
- Good understanding of data models, database concepts, and data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, ETL tools).
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating CRM systems with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP).
Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Developer certification required.
