About The Role We are looking for an operationally sharp Growth Marketing Specialist to become the engine room of our marketing team. In this role, you will work within our marketing team to execute high-impact strategies.
Someone who loves launching LinkedIn campaigns in the morning, refining a sales deck for a VIP prospect in the afternoon, and analyzing conversion metrics before the day ends. You will be the bridge between marketing strategy and commercial execution.
Run the ads: Set up, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads) ensuring perfect targeting and budget allocation.
Outreach ops: Set up email sequences and LinkedIn outreach workflows for our SDRs, ensuring the right message hits the right persona.
Monitor campaign performance weekly. You won't just pull data; Testing: A/B test creatives, subject lines, and landing pages to constantly improve conversion rates.
Create and update \"battle-tested\" sales materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and case studies.
Adapt our core messaging to specific verticals (CRO vs. React quickly to commercial requests without losing focus on long-term projects.
Content & operations
Content production: Ensure our CRM and marketing tools are clean, tagged correctly (UTMs), and updated.
2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing (SaaS, Pharma, or HealthTech is a huge plus).
