Senior Recruitment Manager @ BrainRocket

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process and coordinating employee engagement events. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
* Coordinate pre-employment processes such as paperwork and IT setup.
* Conduct engaging orientation sessions and ensure new hires have the necessary resources.
* Plan, organize, and execute company events, including team-building activities, holiday celebrations, and recognition programs.
* Collaborate with leadership to create and promote wellness programs and training sessions.
* Manage employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve engagement strategies.
* Serve as a point of contact for internal communications related to HR initiatives.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
* Assist with employee inquiries related to onboarding, benefits, and company policies.
* Track key HR metrics related to onboarding success and employee engagement.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of HR experience
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
