Golden Coast Luxury Estate is looking for luxury real estate agents with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Join our team managing exclusive properties and high-end clients.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury real estate.
* Languages: English required; Russian, Chinese, French, or Italian are a plus.
* Knowledge of the Barcelona market and surrounding areas.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated and entrepeneurial.
Responsibilities
* Stage and show living spaces
* Advertise and market living spaces
* Finds and reaches out to new prospects
* Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
* Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client
