IntRec is an innovative global employee recruitment assessment service provider with operations currently in Poland, the United Kingdom, and Spain. We help companies hire smarter and better using AI Recruitment solutions.

We are looking for Business Development professionals and HR employees to work as freelancers on a full-time or part-time basis, with excellent promotion potential and earning potential based on commission. This is a remote job.

We are looking for ambitious people who are interested in developing in the recruitment sector.

Prior Client sourcing experience is preferred in the Sales, Retail, IT, SSC (Shared Service Centres), and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) sectors, but other sectors are acceptable.

Role And Responsibilities


* Manage the client account.
* Source and process all prospective clients.
* Source job offers from companies and hiring managers.
* Actively source clients from open positions and roles using all possible sourcing methods: web portals, Job postings, social networks, databases, referrals, and contacts.
* Educate and qualify prospects that meet our ideal client profile about the benefits of recruitment using AI.
* Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Required Skills

* Manage hiring managers' expectations.
* Capable of effective communication at all levels.
* Capable of working successfully in both a team and independently.
* A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to collect requirements and create effective recruiting strategies.

Required Experience

* Minimum of 1-3 years of client sourcing experience.
* Sales or Business Development Knowledge.
* Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research, and personal network.
* Fluency in both Spanish and English.
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
