Dufry and Autogrill agreed to combine their businesses to become Avolta the World's Leading Travel Experience Player. The combined company addresses 2.3 billion passengers in more than 75 countries in 5,500 outlets across 1,200 airports, motorways, cruise lines, seaports, railway stations, and other locations across all six continents. Since 2023, Dufry diversified its portfolio from a traditional DF / DP retailer (perfumes and cosmetics, tobacco, liquor, etc.) into a travel experience company by adding Food & Beverage. With the traveler at our core, we are creating value for all our stakeholders including concession and brand partners, employees, communities, and finally, our shareholders. Dufry and Autogrill are in the process of merging the different companies into one organization. Dufry is headquartered in Basel and listed on the Swiss stock exchange. Want to learn more about us?
