Responsibilities
Manage client portfolio (Distributors and Installation Companies)
Evaluate and follow up on technical and economic proposals related to plumbing and HVAC for installation companies
Support daily sales activities and marketing campaigns for distributors
Advise clients with technical proposals, actively participating until sale completion, in coordination with the prescribing department
Follow up on customer orders to ensure satisfaction across the value chain
Prospect the installer market to expand the client portfolio
Requirements
Technical education
Over 5 years of experience as a Sales Delegate in plumbing, heating, HVAC, ventilation, construction materials, or drainage systems via distribution channels
Proficiency in Office Suite
Experience with CRM reporting tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
Empathetic, proactive, dynamic, problem-solving, with good communication skills
Team-oriented, committed, with a strong commercial vocation
