Your Key Responsibilities
* Advising and supporting customers using our diagnostic solutions (food, animal feed companies, laboratories, distributors)
* Promoting Romer Labs products for the analysis of food allergens, mycotoxins and pathogens
* Actively representing Romer Labs in conferences and seminars
* Acquiring new customers
* Utilizing marketing and technical resources to increase market share
* Cooperating with the logistic team to maximize service level

You Bring
* Several years of B2B sales experience (ideally in the diagnostic segment)
* Life science education background e.g. chemistry, food engineering, biotechnology, biology, agriculture
* Able to travel in the region (~50%)
* Category B driving license
* Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese – verbal and written
* Team player, strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work across cultures and communicate effectively in both remote and face‑to‑face situations
* Solution‑oriented attitude, analytical mindset, innovative thinking and creativity, target‑oriented, strong customer focus
* Experienced in IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, Salesforce)
