Short Description:
Responsible for the growth, the margin and operating results of Operation for a specific country.
As such, he/she is responsible for customer relations, transport requests, supplier management and invoicing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and implementation of trade policy
- Ensure achievement of targeted sales and profitability
- Develop and promote urgent transports with international groups.
- Follow and retain existing customers with the support of the sales team
- Apply customer strategy defined by BU Management
- Monitoring and implementation of the operational policy
- Manage and ensure the implementation of operational policy by the team of agents
- Deploy appropriate resources to achieve customer contracts in accordance with the QCD constraints
- (Quality expected by the Customer, Costs defined in the budget signed with the Customer, Delay
decided with the Customer): structuring operations teams, methods and processes.
- Develop and monitor Supplier Management, which include implementation of new Suppliers and negotiate rates and improvement projects
- Control the invoices process
- Develop a quality policy and continuous improvement of operational processes.
