About the Company
Blubber Estudio Creativo is a creative studio that improves the online presence of its clients through strategic web and SEO projects.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first link in our web projects, developing web copy and SEO strategy.
* Conduct keyword research, initial On‑Page audits and funnel conversion optimization.
* Collaborate with clients: hold kickoff meetings, ask key questions, detect real needs, and help structure project requirements.
* Translate client inputs into a clear, logical, SEO‑oriented web structure.
* Write web copy that is clear, brand‑aligned and optimised for organic ranking.
* Use AI tools to accelerate content production.
* Apply UX principles: content hierarchy, logical distribution, scan‑ability and key messaging.
* Manage projects: track tasks, coordinate with design and development, maintain client contact during the definition phase and deliver the final briefing to the internal team.
* Use digital tools efficiently: Asana, Slack, Google Drive, AI‑based content generators.
Qualifications
* Direct client experience: kickoff meetings, key questioning, needs analysis.
* Strong analytical and organisational skills.
* Ability to write web copy that aligns with brand voice and SEO objectives.
* Proficiency with SEO fundamentals and tools.
* Basic UX knowledge; understand what makes a website functional.
* Experience in project management and cross‑functional coordination.
* Experience with digital tools and AI content generation.
* Valuable: prior agency or digital‑studio SEO experience.
* Basic UI design knowledge.
* Basic WordPress knowledge (structure and possibilities).
* Digital marketing knowledge (campaigns, funnels, conversion goals, buyer persona).
* Fluent English.
* Positive attitude, order, and common sense.
Contract and Compensation
Type: Indefinite contract
Start: Immediate
Modality: Semi‑presential (metro Velázquez)
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: bruto anual de ************€ (12 pagas)
