We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero.
This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in (write the correct location: City and or Country), with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will do
- Ensure the robustness of the product / process design
- Technical support for designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities contract managers, logisticians, quality analysts, etc. in carrying out their activities
- Guide or manage developers in achieving their deliverables
- Manage part of Digital simulation activities which are necessary to ensure project development within QCD and TEI (budget) constraints
- Capitalise Digital know-how in product/process development
What we’re looking for
- Mechanical Engineering Degree.
- More than 10 years experience working on mechanical projects in automovile industry.
- Large experience working for Horse or Renault being involved in product development & industrialization. Experience working with transversal functions as Purchasing, Design, Project, Costing inside Horse / Renault.
- Knowledge of LUP Horse system, ePQP and Horse development procedures.
- Good leadership & transversal management skills.
- Ability to synthesise.
- Technical knowledge of internal combustion engine, gearboxes and hybrid systems components.
- English required. French highly valuated.
