Growing international iGaming operator is looking for a Head of Customer Service to lead onsite support operations from its Melilla office.
The role will focus on player support performance, team management, escalations, service quality, and operational improvements across regulated markets.
Requirements:
• Strong iGaming Customer Support leadership experience
• Experience managing operational/support teams
• Understanding of player operations, RG, payments and escalations
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Salary circa €50-55k
• Hands-on and office-focused xqysrnh mentality
Location:
• Melilla based, relocation, or weekly travel from Malaga/Madrid required
• Fully onsite role
• Flights and accommodation covered for commuters
