Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.
Responsibilities:
* Optimize service operations processes and supporting systems to reduce operational workload, increase transparency through reporting and forecasting, and track SLAs.
* Manage project scope, timelines, and communications as a project manager.
* Work with service owners, product owners, and delivery teams to identify requirements and ensure project objectives are met.
* Manage operational tasks for Service Operations Platforms.
* Support daily operations and onboarding/training for Production Partners.
Experience:
* Background in Project Management and Business Analysis within the IT sector.
* Knowledge of service operations processes, including process mapping and requirements gathering.
* Experience with tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.
* Familiarity with SCRUM environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
