Main responsibilities:
* Design and configure integrated scheduling solutions using cutting-edge COTS products (Ortems, RME, Workforce Planner)
* Lead configuration expertise for scheduling processes, providing strategic guidance to Product Owners and Business Process teams
* Develop and maintain configuration guidelines ensuring consistent implementation across manufacturing sites
* Drive end-to-end integration between scheduling systems and Sanofi's digital ecosystem
* Ensure compliance with architecture, cybersecurity, and data privacy requirements
* Monitor service delivery excellence and lead critical incident resolution
* Champion innovative solutions that maximize manufacturing efficiency and reliability
About you
* Experience: Strong background in Supply Chain Planning processes, particularly in Manufacturing Scheduling
* Technical expertise:
o Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
o Proficiency in process modeling and ERP concepts
o Experience with scheduling solutions (Delmia Ortems, Quintiq, or similar tools)
o Strong understanding of Lean & Agile practices
* Education: Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
* Languages: Fluent in English
