About Project

YouwillworkwithKronosWorkforceCentralor UKGDimensions, coveringtimekeeping,scheduling,andaccruals,
whileensuringseamlessintegrationwithHRAndpayrollsystemsandstablesystemoperations.
You will be:
- configureUKGProWFMpaypoliciesandtimekeepingrules.
- integrateUKG/KronoswithHRISandpayrollsystems(e.g.Workday).
- developandmaintainWorkforceIntegrationManager(WIM)interfaces.
- configureInTouchDXtimeclocksandaccessprofiles.
- ensurecompliancewithlaborlaws,unionagreements,andcompanypolicies.
- collaboratewithstakeholderstotranslatebusinessrequirementsintosystemsolutions.
Job requirements Your profile:
- 5+yearsofexperiencewithKronosWorkforceCentralorUKGDimensions.
- hands-onexperiencewithUKGProWFMconfiguration(timekeeping,accruals,paypolicies).
- solidknowledgeofWorkforceIntegrationManager(WIM)andsystemintegrations.
- strongknowledgeoflaborlawcompliance,overtime,andunionrules.
- experienceconfiguringpayrules,rounding,schedulingpolicies,andpersona-basedaccess.
- familiaritywithoperationalenvironments(e.g.distributioncenters,shift-basedwork).
Nice to have:
- experienceincomplex,high-volumeoperationalenvironments
WorkfromtheEuropeanUnionregionandaworkpermitarerequired.
