Key responsibilities:
* Lead communication of the company's Private Label (PL) development model and strategic PL projects, providing expert advisory on assortment development for PL and Contract Manufacturing clients.
* Develop and communicate Persán's value proposition as a specialist in Private Label growth in Home & Personal Care.
* Lead marketing initiatives to promote the global development of Private Label.
* Oversee communication of Persán's Private Label model through various channels.
* Conduct competitive benchmarking against leading third-party manufacturers.
* Identify assortment development opportunities through market, consumer, and trend analysis.
* Provide strategic assortment recommendations and advisory to clients.
* Develop and present product concepts tailored to client needs.
Minimum requirements:
Technical knowledge:
* Experience working in or with FMCG companies, especially those with a Private Label business model.
* Category management, product management, B2B marketing.
Soft skills:
* Creativity, business acumen, market and competitive analysis skills.
Tools:
* Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Photoshop, Canva, Excel, Power BI.
* Knowledge of Nielsen, Circana, and/or Kantar.
