Role Overview:
We are looking for Senior Radio Optimization & RTPM Automation Lead to join our team and help us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
What you will do:
* RTPM whole process optimization.
* RTPM automation high level, low level design, and implementation. Improve RTPM tickets process to full automation.
* Performance degradation deep analysis and tracking.
* Dedicated optimization solution output and implementation.
* For above activities, Independently communicate with customers and related teams, and control the progress, quality.
What you are like:
* Minimum 8 years of experience in Radio Optimization & Planning in large-scale network environments.
* Proven experience in MasOrange / Orange / MásMóvil projects.
* Strong background in Real Time Performance Monitoring (RTPM delivery).
* Advanced expertise in:
* Network performance monitoring
* Multi-vendor and multi-layer radio optimization
* Process automation and technical design
* Full professional proficiency in English (minimum B2/C1).
* Professional proficiency in Spanish.
