Are you ready to take on this challenge?
The Role
* Prospect, strategize, and qualify outbound leads while delivering an excellent customer experience across the sales cycle.
* Engage with prospects by nurturing and leveraging influential relationships across departments.
* Create and execute account plans to meet and exceed sales quotas.
* Lead high-level meetings with C-Suite and VP-level executives, from discovery to closing.
* Utilize creative and consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process.
* Provide reliable activity and revenue forecasts based on ownership and data.
* Collaborate daily with SDRs, Product, Marketing, CX, and Leadership teams.
* Position Factorial's product effectively and support prospects throughout their decision-making journey.
* Contribute to the French market expansion: share insights, develop strategies, and help us become the leading solution in the region.
* You are a French native speaker with a professional level of English.
* Previous sales experience; experience in Customer Satisfaction, Project Management, or related areas is highly valued.
* Tech-savvy with a passion for digital innovation.
* Connect & Share: Active listening and presentation skills are essential for building strategic messages based on customer insights.
* Success-driven: Data-driven approach to sales and quota achievement.
* Strategic outlook: Experience in forecasting and pipeline management, with strong communication skills.
