Position Summary
Neurored is a profitable, high-growth logistics SaaS company, built natively on Salesforce and already trusted by global enterprises with seven-figure contracts. We are seeking a Senior Global Sales Manager to own vertical and close high-value strategic deals (big deals ≥ €500K–€1M ACV), manage complex sales cycles, and collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect & Close Big Deals: Identify, engage, and personally close high-value opportunities (ACV ≥ €500K–€1M).
* Strategic Account Leadership: Manage a focused portfolio of global key accounts, driving expansion and renewals at the C-level.
* Consultative Selling: Lead deep-dive discovery, craft robust business cases, and negotiate multi-year enterprise contracts.
* CRM Discipline: Ensure impeccable Salesforce hygiene, pipeline updates, forecast accuracy, and weekly reporting to the CCO.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing on ABM campaigns and with Product to shape roadmap based on customer feedback.
* Upsell & Expansion: Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
* Thought Leadership: Represent Neurored at industry events, webinars, and executive forums.
Success Metrics
* New ARR Generated: Target + €2 M ARR in 12 months
* Big Deals Closed: 2 - 4 contracts of €500K–€1M+ ACV each
* Average Deal Size: ≥ €500K ACV
* Sales Cycle: 6–12 months for complex enterprise deals
* Forecast Accuracy & Pipeline Health: ≥ 90% forecast accuracy;
pipeline ≥ €5M ACV
* Customer Satisfaction: High NPS and multi-year renewals
Who You Are
* Enterprise SaaS Expert: 10+ years selling B2B SaaS into large enterprises, ideally in logistics tech, TMS, or SCM.
* Big-Deal Closer: Proven track record closing high-value deals
* Complex Sales Leader: Comfortable managing 6–12 month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
* CRM User: Salesforce (or equivalent) and methodologies.
* Influential Communicator: Exceptional negotiation, executive presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Language Skills: Fluent English;
additional languages a plus.
* Results-Driven: Hunter mentality, self-starter, and collaborative team player.
