Job Purpose
Update the monthly schedule of crew members (pilots / TCP) of all flights operated globally by Vueling in the bases assigned up to 5 days before the operation (taking over from Rostering and passing over to Daily Operations), in accordance with Company planning standards and strategy, and with the current regulatory framework, in order to ensure that all flights can be operated and optimize the resources assigned to each flight.
Main Accountabilities
- In order to ensure that all the necessary information is available to update the monthly schedule of crew members
- In order to ensure that all flights can be operated and optimize the resources assigned to each flight
- In order to ensure compliance with industry regulations of all flights (duty and flight time limitations, training of tripulations, medical certifications, etc.)
- That it is in the employee’s hand in order to fulfill the mission of the job.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
- Collect all contingencies to ensure crews (substitutions, bank holidays, management of changes in the commercial program, etc.)
- Track, monitor and modify the monthly schedule of crew members
- Analyze & validate the updated monthly schedule of crew members, before submitting to Daily Operations
- Any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the job.
Main Relationships
- Mainly Operations: Crew Control, Rostering and Training
Education
- University Degree (i.e. aeronautical management)
Experience
- 1-2 years of airport (or airlines companies) experience.
- Medium-grade vocational training
- Professional Crew Management tools (AIMS)
