AVL Iberica is seeking skilled project managers for our power electronics &e‑motor team in Valladolid, Spain.

Responsibilities
* Ensure product/process development and industrialization according to standards and processes, in compliance with regulations, the General Product Safety and customer Design System, and suggest optimizations.
* Ensure the robustness of the product/process design.
* Provide technical support for designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities, managers, logisticians, quality analysts, commodity buyers, etc.
* Guide or manage developers in achieving their deliverables.
* Suggest technical solutions.
* Approve plans by team leader delegation.
* Produce synthesis files on technical convergence and progress (design scope for IM).
* Maintain quality documentation.
* Plan and oversee tooling go‑ahead for quality and planning.
* Initiate technical documentation.
Profile
* Experience:
o Junior Level: No prior experience required; recent graduates and entry‑level candidates encouraged to apply.
o Specialist Level: Minimum 2 years of experience in battery development.
o Senior Level: Minimum 4 years of experience in battery development.
* Background in:
o Power electronics
o E‑motors
* Languages: Spanish and English mandatory; French desirable.
* Availability to travel frequently (10% of time) to clients' facilities.
