Norconsulting is currently recruiting for a client for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic and international team in Athens. This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.

Full relocation and accommodation are covered from Spain to Greece, and after 2–3 months there is the option to return to Spain and continue working remotely.

What You'll DoProvide support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of serviceHandle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient mannerTroubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessaryMaintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systemsFollow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfactionCollaborate with internal teams to improve customer experienceIdentify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction
